Sweet Green Smoothie

1 medium head of romaine lettuce chopped
1 mango peeled and chopped
1 1/2 banana cut up, may use frozen
1/4 cup chopped fresh coconut or more if you like
1/4-1/2 cup whole flaxseed
Blend in high speed blender. I add just a little water to get it going. I also add 1 cup ice or less. It comes out thick like pudding. It is a beautiful green color like avocados. I'm thinking about making desserts that use greens and sweet veggies like carrots in them. Live for God's glory
