Rush Limbaugh Weight Loss -
Quick Weight Loss Centers

Rush Limbaugh Diet
Have you heard about Rush Limbaugh weight loss? Rush recently lost some 80 pounds by utilizing what he learned at Quick Weight Loss Centers in Florida. Their programs look fairly good and they do give you a sort of personal coach to help you lose weight, stabilize your weight and then more importantly they help you maintain your weight.

One of the ways QWLC helps you maintain your weight is to reintroduce foods to your diet that were previously restricted as you were losing weight and reaching those weight loss goals. I wonder if Rush's diet includes cigars?

Quick Weight Loss Center also sells a host of nutritional supplements as well as snacks, protein shakes, drinks, salad dressing and may other food type items. While it is certainly commendable that Rush has lost his 80 pounds, you just have to wonder how he's going to keep his weight off once he's finished his QWL program. That's the problem with dieting and not changing your lifestyle. Permanent weight loss and permanent health is all about eating right all the time, not just by going on a diet when you are overweight and then going off the diet when you reach your weight loss goals. What happens when you go off the diet?

Rush Limbaugh Diet

Rush Limbaugh has had issues with his weight for years. Back several years ago he lost a lot of weight and over the years he gained it all back. Apparently he finally got tired of being at the weight he was at and hooked up with Quick Weight Loss Centers. Since Rush has a history of yo-yo dieting it will be interesting to see what happens in a few months when he's not on the Rush Limbaugh weight loss plan.

On his program over the last several days he's talked about his diet and how he's eating certain proteins, making sure he's not eating those proteins with other kinds of meats, counting calories, eating at only certain times of the day and other restrictive diet modifications. Honestly, if you eat a healthy diet that includes mostly fresh fruits and vegetables in their most nutritious form, which is raw, then you don't have to worry about counting calories and all that nonsense.

When you eat the kind of diet that includes mostly highly nutritious food, your body will tell you when it has had enough food and you naturally stop eating. The standard American diet (SAD) makes you feel full and stuffed because you are not feeding your body what it needs thus you keep eating until you can't cram any more food into your mouth. When you eat the most nutritious food possible, you experience a loss of hunger before you get full because you body is getting what it needs.

If you want some delicious food and recipes that are highly nutritious visit our healthy recipes section and eat healthy all the time, not just when you need to lose weight. Make your own diet by changing your lifestyle, not by following the Rush Limbaugh diet.
