The food you see below is from our raw Mexican dinner we had several months ago and it was delicious. We have a group of people from our church that meets together once a month for raw dinners and each month we have a specific theme. The dishes you see below are enchaladas on the right, Mexican style rice on the left and you can see some raw salsa in a jar in the back next to the bananas.
We had a couple other dishes and dessert at the dinner, but I can't remember what they were since this dinner was few months ago. You can do a lot with raw food as we have experienced in our monthly dinners. Enjoying raw food doesn't have to be just eating fruits and salads as you can see below.
