Junk Food Junkie Husband Loves These Health Bars

So Good Even My Husband Will Eat Them
My husband eats them and talks with an open mouth..umm these are fanTAStic! ...this bar always satisfies...yummy
1/2 cup green superfood,
2 cups traditional irish/scottish oats
2 cups bulk granola from health food store the granola i buy is soy or hemp based and is just cereal like clusters - no add ins, but you could buy a premade granola mixture and save some time.
2 cups puffed rice, or wheat, or corn...whatever you like best
2 cups raw chocolate nibs- cacao
1 cup rough chopped walnuts
1/2 cup hemp seeds, shelled and crumbled
1/2 cup sesame seeds - toasted are good here too
1 1/2 cups raisins
1 cup goji berries
1/2 cup flax seeds
1 cup honey
1/4 cup pourable blackstrap molasses
if you have kombucha add about 1/4 cup here
otherwise 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tblspn cinnamon
Stir mixture until everything is coated and green...add more hunny if your mix seems dry...I added a small amount of water here before I had kombucha sometimes too, you want a sticky "smushable" mass.
Line small brownie type pan with parchament or plastic if you prefer, and spoon mixture into pan smushing and compressing mix until it is tightly packed...my husband says coconut over the top here would be great... but I havent tried that yet...refridgerate, cut into squares..I weigh out 2 oz bars and that satisfies me, and I pep right up.
