Homemade Ice Cream Recipe – Soft Serve Ice Cream Recipe

Makes approximately 6 (¾ cup) servings.

Equipment needed: Champion Juicer, large chilled bowl

4 very ripe frozen bananas
1 cup fresh frozen ripe pineapple
1 cup fresh frozen peaches cut up

As you prepare to make your home made ice cream recipe, keep in mind the pieces of fruit need to be sized to fit through your Champion juicer. As your fruit is freezing, break it up a few times to insure that the fruit pieces do not freeze into one large, hardened mass that you will be unable to feed though your juicer.

Now with the blank in place, and using the plunger feed the frozen fruit, alternately through the juicer. Use the chilled bowl to capture the soft serve ice cream recipe as it exits the juicer.

Dish your vegan ice cream recipe into chilled serving bowls. For an extra special treat, sprinkle with raw granola, chopped soaked nuts, raisins, or dried unsweetened shredded coconut.
