Everything that masquerades as a food bar isn't always good for you. You have tons to chose from, bars which provide Vitamin C, green foods high in antioxidants and high protein bars.

Right next to the health bars in your health food store, you'll find a number of juices packed with wholesome, organic products. No preparation necessary.
