There are an absolute ton of diet reviews websites on the net today and while that's not primarily what we do here, we thought we'd cover a few diets and diet related celebrities just to see what they're doing.
We may do good reviews and we will probably do a few negative reviews because there is a lot of junk out there. Read the headings of diet reviews below and pick the one you are interested in to go to that specific review and read all about it. We don't endorse any diet if it doesn't consist of raw or mostly raw food, and there aren't many of those. But, there are some celebrities and others that have beaten the odds and are an inspiration to many.

Acai Berry Scam
The acai berry craze has been around for some time now and while acai had many antioxidant benefits, its weight loss capabilities have never been proven. Don't fall for the free trial scams because nothing is free. Buyer beware!

Read our review of the diet that made eating cookies good for you...yea, right! The whole premise is pretty silly because the cookies are really meal replacement bars that are highly processed.
South Beach Diet
All a diet needs these days is a name of something famous like South Beach in Miami and it's a winner. This diet is a simple 3 step plan to eating the right foods, that is according to the author.

Although this isn't a diet we would eat, wine, bread, cheese, olive oil, fruits and veggies and pasta sounds like it should appeal to just about anyone.
