Crunchy Granola
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Baking time: 15-20 minutes
Makes about 6 cups
Ingredients:
4 cups rolled oats, quick or regular
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup walnuts
2/3 cup maple syrup
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl.
3. Spread in a thin layer on two large baking sheets, then bake until golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes. Turn occasionally with a spatula during baking for even browning.
4. Cool completely, then store in an airtight container.
This delicious granola is quick to make and great for a snack any time of the day. For best storage, keep it in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
