The Champion Juicer is driven by a 1/3 horsepower heavy-duty motor that separates juice from pulp in a continuous operation. Used in professional kitchens, it can wring the juice out of fennel and ginseng as well as carrots or watermelon. Fruits and vegetables are sent down the feed tube, juice drains out of the screen holder, and pulp slides out the tapered end. No intermittent cleaning is required.
