As you probably figured out by perusing our Healthy Diet web site, we have a passion for eating healthy. But what you might not know is that we also have a passion for working at home.
Not only have we chosen the alternative way to good health (hopefully soon to be the more popular way), we've also chosen the alternative way to make a living by working from home.
With the Internet, the face of business and reaching and communicating with people has completely changed. We are faced with an ever faster paced society that gets a huge amount of its information from the internet just as you may be doing right now. Building a web site or web business as the case may be is one of the best ways to meet the changing needs and demands of our fast paced society.
Jean and I have a passion for telling people about the good news of good nutrition and how you can be healthier by eating healthier. And we felt the best way to reach as many people as we could, was to build a web site. But, our initial thought was, how are we going to do that?
Building a web site can be rather involved and getting traffic to that web site can be even more involved. We wanted to reach as many people as we could with the good news of life giving nutrition and we wanted the easiest and best way to do that.
After much research and finding several companies that would host our web site, but not teach us how to build it and get people to it, we came across a web host called Site Build It. It caters to people that are just beginning to understand the business side of the internet, but anyone can use it. Everywhere we looked we found good reviews and positive information about it, so we gave it a try.
It takes the fear out of building your first website by providing a step-by-step tutorial guide, design templates, help with search engine ranking and much more. It even shows you how you can make a profit with your web site. Actually SBI is much more than a web host.
Most likely you found this site by using Google, Yahoo or another search engine. Well that's what SBI helps you with. It showed us how to build pages that rank high in the major engines so we can get as much free traffic to our Healthy Diet site as possible.

Jean and I wouldn't recommend Site Build It if we didn't use it ourselves. The best thing to do, is to build a site about something you already know about and are interested in. What do you love to do? What are your hobbies? What are you passionate about? That's the best place to start so you don't get bored and drop your project.
