Being Fat Sucks

less than a year ago today i was 300 lbs. i ate like crap and it showed, ide tried all kinds of stupid diets and pills and citrimax and rALA, anyhow nothing realy worked as well as just watching what i ate. People who are obease are 99% of the time, just lazy , i know cause i was the lazyist guy on the map. Eating Raw was the fastist, easist way ive ever lost weight, eating flax seeds instead of potato chips, cutting up my own produce to make a spinach salad, eating raw vegitables and fruit not only made me feel completly like a new person, but also made me loose weight faster than any supplent or gimmick ive ever tryed, i couldnt even beleive how it affected just my everyday mood and mindset. i felt more alert, alive, i just felt lighter i dont know how else to describe it. If you are reading this and thinking that becomeing raw is hard or takes alot of time or money, well forget about it, not only is it CHEEPER than eating bad food but its just as easy if not easier! there are so many recipes and good stuff to make! realy all you need is a food processor. anyhow dont be imtimadated just start doing it and each day gets easier and you wont even want to go back.
