Healthy Recipes To Revolutionize Your New Year Hi, The dawning of a new year is always a good time to make resolutions to get rid of old habits, set goals for our business and personal lives and maybe lose a little weight that was gained mainly during the time between Halloween and New Years Day. For many, once the Halloween candy comes out, it's downhill for the rest of the year. So, being that many are making their New Years revolutions (we all want the new year to be revolutionary) to eat healthy or lose a little weight, we can offer a few healthy recipes to get you started on that adventure. We however, don't offer weight loss advice because we believe that if you are eating the most nutritious food available (that would be a mostly raw diet), then you don't really need to worry about how much food you eat.
